William L. Donley III, Esq., is an attorney licensed to practice law throughout the state of Florida. He hails from Miami, Florida and graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, College of Law in 2013. Upon graduating from law school, William moved to Northeast Florida and began his legal career.

Currently, Mr. Donley is a Partner at Donley Law Firm, P.L.L.C.; however, he began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in the 4th Judicial Circuit practicing in both the Clay County and Duval County offices. During his employment with the Office of the Public Defender, he represented clients in juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases. After serving as an Assistant Public Defender for six (6) years, he worked in private practice as an insurance defense attorney. Afterwards, he became the owner of the Law Office of William L. Donley P.L.L.C. where primarily represented clients in criminal, civil, and business matters. Throughout his legal career he zealously advocated for clients during negotiations and in trials.

Prior to attending law school, he earned a  Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. After working as a Computer Programmer for four (4) years, he pursued a Juris Doctor. In his spare time, Mr. Donley enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Also, he is an avid sports fan.
